Terms of use
Updated on 25 October 2026
If the French and English versions differ, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
aidock.fr lets you learn to use AI at work (Learn, Guides, Compliance), practise for free with AI models (Chat, Duel, Pilot) and choose AI tools (Index, Tasks, Models, Barometer). The website is published by Clément Perrin (see the legal notice). Using the website means you accept these terms.
2. The chat and AI
- You are chatting with an AI. It can make mistakes: check important information.
- Do not enter personal, health or confidential data.
- Answers are produced automatically by third-party AI models. They may be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and the models have no live access to the internet. You remain responsible for what you do with the answers: reread them before using them, especially for a legal, medical or financial decision.
- Each message is handled by the provider of the chosen model, under its own terms and usage policies, which also apply (links on the Models page). If a model is busy, aidock may switch to another one and tells you so.
- The list of models may change at any time, for example when a provider changes its free tier or its terms.
3. Usage limits
The service is free, with no credit card, within these daily limits (counters reset at midnight, Paris time):
- without an account: 10 messages and 2 duels;
- with a free account: 100 messages, 30 duels and 10 Pilot runs.
To protect the service, a message is limited to 6,000 characters without an account and 24,000 with one, and sending to 6 messages a minute without an account and 20 with one. These numbers may change. The chat always shows how many messages you have left.
4. Fair use
You must not:
- use robots or scripts to send messages, or several accounts to get around the limits;
- resell access to the chat or its answers as a service;
- request or spread content that is illegal, hateful, violent, misleading or that harms the rights of others;
- try to disrupt the service, get around its protections or push a model into producing what is forbidden.
In case of abuse, aidock may limit or block access without notice.
5. Duel and votes
In a duel, two models answer the same request. In a blind duel, their names stay hidden until you vote. Your vote is anonymous: it contains neither your messages nor your identity. Votes feed the Barometer ranking. Their anonymous, grouped statistics may be published or sold. Your messages never are.
6. Pilot
The Pilot is for account holders (10 runs a day). It sizes up your request, then answers directly, offers an action plan or splits the work between several models (3 at most at the same time, with different providers). Each step shows the model used: your request is sent to each of these providers. The tools it suggests come from the Index: checked listings first, then by aidock score. A partner link does not change this choice.
7. Account
The account is free. You sign in with a link sent by email (valid for 15 minutes) or with Google. Use an email address that belongs to you. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from the Account page. aidock may suspend an account in case of abuse.
8. Website content
Listings, tasks, guides and the model catalogue are based on the official sources of vendors and providers, on the date shown. They may become inaccurate if an offer changes. They are neither legal advice, nor a buying recommendation, nor a guarantee.
9. Learning path and verified level
The learning path is free. A level test passed with an account gives a verified level, with a link to share. This level carries the name you type: aidock does not check your identity, so only use your own name. Level earned in an online test on aidock. It is not a state-recognised professional certification.
10. Partner links and paid placements
The website contains links to other websites. When a link may earn a commission, it is marked with this text: "Partner link: aidock may earn a commission if you subscribe. It changes neither the score nor the order of tools." Paid placements are labelled "Sponsored".
11. Intellectual property
You keep your rights over what you write. aidock claims no rights over the answers produced for you. Their use may however be governed by the model provider’s terms. aidock’s texts, brand and visuals remain protected.
12. Availability and liability
The service is provided free of charge, as it is. It may be interrupted, limited or changed, for example when a provider is unavailable. aidock cannot be held responsible for decisions made only on the basis of AI answers or of the information on the website, nor for the way other companies’ tools and services work.
13. Changes and governing law
These terms may change. The update date is shown at the top of the page. They are governed by French law. Contact: [email protected].
