The right effort
Situation
The situation
Direct answer, action plan or model team: each task gets its effort.
You run a small renovation business in Metz. You plan your week with the aidock Pilot, which sorts each request before answering it.
Idea 1 of 3
More effort, more time
A simple question deserves a quick answer. A project deserves a plan. A big job in several parts is worth sharing out. More effort gives more complete work, but takes more time.
Idea 2 of 3
The Pilot’s three modes
Direct answer: one answer is enough. Action plan: a multi-step project, or a specialised tool (image, video, automation). Model team: two or three independent parts, handled in parallel and then combined.
Idea 3 of 3
Three questions to choose
Is one answer enough? Do you need steps or a tool? Are there independent parts? The Pilot (with a free account) suggests a mode. You can steer it by writing: “give me an action plan”.
Question 1 of 2
What does more effort bring?
See the answer
More complete work, but slower More effort means more work done for you, and more waiting. You still need to check.
Question 2 of 2
When is the model team useful?
See the answer
For a request with several independent parts Each model handles one part in parallel, then an AI puts it all together.
Exercise
Your turn
Put each request in the right Pilot mode.

Lesson complete
Match the effort to the task: direct answer, action plan or model team.
